Groundskeeper Job
The Watson Institute is hiring a full-time morning shift Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds at our Sewickley, PA, school campus! This position will work Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Location: Sewickley, PA
Responsibilities:
- Maintain gardens and lawns, including planting, fertilizing, weeding, soil conditioning, mulching, mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and watering plants
- Prepare outdoor areas for various weather conditions, such as snow plowing, weatherproofing, and salting sidewalks and parking areas
- Operate and maintain all landscaping equipment
- All other tasks necessary to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills
- Ability to follow directions well and work independently
- Ability to operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, weed whackers, tractors, blowers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, etc.
- At least one year of lawn care experience preferred
- Some electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Valid PA driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Current Acts 34, 114, and 151 clearances
