Did you know that The Watson Institute hosts approximately 20 interns and student teachers per school year? Internships and job shadow opportunities are available for speech, physical, occupational and behavior therapists. And special education majors can complete their student teaching requirement at Watson as well. Education Center classrooms are all life skills classrooms with student/staff ratios of approximately 3-1. It is an exceptional learning environment where student teachers and interns gain experience with a wide variety of students with special needs.
