The Watson Institute’s Friendship Academy, a school serving students with emotional and behavioral challenges, was proud to honor 9 employees for their service ranging from 5 to more than 30 years, at our annual Staff Service Awards last week.

“I love the challenge,” said Mary Graham, a Watson employee honored for her more than 30 years of service working in the classroom with children and adolescents with serious emotional and behavioral challenges. “Seeing the children grow and make progress is very rewarding.”

Every year, the Watson Institute recognizes the talented employees who work with our students and their families to ensure their specialized education needs are being provided.

“The length of service provided by these talented employees really speaks to the deep sense of mission our employees have for the work they do.” said Barry Bohn, President and CEO of the Watson Institute.
