 The Watson Institute retains a number of psychiatrists to provide medication management services for children with special needs.  Lisa Jamnback, M.D. is the Medical Director for Watson's outpatient programs.  Dr. Jamnback is a child and adolescent psychiatrist who specializes in autism, providing counsel and support to families on a variety of issues as well as the dispensing and management of medication including initial monitoring to determine medication effectiveness. She is extremely knowledgeable about autism as well as the medications used to treat various symptoms associated with autism such as:

  • hyperactivity
  • seizures
  • obsessive/compulsive behaviors
  • self-injurious & self-stimulating behaviors
  • aggressiveness
  • anxiety
  • depression
