 For teachers and parents alike, it is often difficult to create new and interesting tools for children that reinforce various learned concepts. “Jigs-N-Things” is a book that provides ideas for activities such as matching, sorting, sequencing, reading and addition, as well as other applied skills. The materials needed and directions for each activity are included, as well as information related to what skill each “jig” (hands-on activity) promotes.
