The 2000 hour, one-year clinical internship carries a stipend of $20,000. The Watson Institute also provides generous fringe benefits, including 9 paid holidays, 12 sick days and 2 weeks of paid vacation. In addition, Watson provides medical, dental, vision and life insurance.

Liability Insurance

The Watson Institute asks that interns carry their own professional liability insurance coverage.  This can either be through coverage provided through their academic institutions or personally, such as that available for student members of the American Psychological Association.  A valid liability certificate may be required at the beginning of the internship.
