Asperger's Disorder

A pervasive development disorder with impairments in social interaction and restricted repetitive and stereotyped patterns of behavior, interests and activities.  Asperger's Disorder causes impairments in social, occupational or other areas of functioning.  There is no significant delay in language or cognitive development.  Individuals with Asperger's have difficulty with social language and understanding the perspective of others.
